Bald Eagle - Eaglet?

This bald eagle was on the golf course. I don't know if it is an adult molting or a large Eaglet. Any help? Thanks

It' just an immature eagle. Probably from last year. He might of been a late arrival from a nest.

It takes 3 to 5 years to get the white head and tail. This eagle is working its way through that stretch. This is a great shot of a magnificent raptor. Gary
