Really Right Stuff has great tilt heads. I would avoid a ball head on a monopod with larger and heavier lenses.
Not inexpensive but top shelf stuff. You can sometimes find a better deal on a used one on eBay. That is where I got mine and my Gitzo monopod too.

I just ordered a DJ80 monopod tilthead for my Sony a6000. But I have no idea what a "collared lens" is. Have I ordered the wrong tilthead for my monopod?

A collared lens is a lens that has a ring that goes around the diameter of the lens. The ring has a foot which can be mounted into a tripod or monopod either by a 1/4-20 threaded hole or by an Arca-Swiss style dovetail plate. Collared lenses usually start at 70-200 for zooms and even larger focal lengths for prime lenses. If you look up the Canon or Nikon 70-200 2.8 lens you can see the collar. Beside being amounting point for the lens it also allows the lens and camera to be rotated from landscape to portrait orientation or anywhere in between with out removal from the tripod or monopod.

Maybe most importantly, a tripod collar provides a better/good starting point for BALANCING the camera/lens assembly over the pivot point of your support system.
