That is a strange one I don't recall a hollowed out groove running front to back on a Ford or Cheverly, maybe Pontiac, it's to big for a falcon , it's in my teen age years , in the sixties

It's a "63" Ford Galaxy that's been modified as a low rider and rear wheel skirts. My Father had one and I use to drive it all the time.

I'm not sure of the exact year but definitely an early 60s Ford Galaxy. I'm sure the posters above are right on.
