A curiosity I just noticed

I have been on this site for almost 4 years and today is the first time I noticed that some of the posts on my newest topics page are colored differently than others. I can see no rhyme or reason and it does not seem to matter whether I read the post or not. Some stay blue letters on yellow background and some are black letters on yellow background. If you are wondering why I posted this I am bored and am impatiently waiting on my great grandkids to show up so I can feed them chocolate and send them home to my grandkids just like I did them to my kids. Being a great grampa is fun.

On my Newest Topics page they are either bright blue or a darker blue.
The darker blue indicates that I have opened the post.
