I have seen teachers and lunch room personnel do that same thing on the Qt more often than you think.

I would be much happier with my tax bill if more of it was used to feed poor kids instead of fat politicians!

That's a shame. I saw on FB that they were beginning a new program and any of us in our town could give to the school to cover cafeteria meals for those who couldn't afford it and thought it was a good idea. Everyone should be entitled to food.

And, local help is always the best help. Less fraud and more efficient delivery.

Agreed! Anytime administrators or the government is involved, it's going to get screwed up.
