Canon loyalty program

I keep hearing about the Canon loyalty program but cannot find anything about it on the Canon website. Can someone explain what it is and how it works please?

Call Canon customer support and they can help you. Tha is what I had to do. Gary

ummm why would you sell a broken camera? To use the loyality program you trade in a broken (it has to be non-working to quailfy) and they give you a small but nice discount on a refurbished unit.

Thanks for bringing the subject up. I hadn't considered this as a source, but I will when it comes time for me to upgrade. I'd really like that 7D.
