I was on a flight last year and they held back the peanuts because somebody had an allergy and requested that no peanuts be served.

That has become a big thing. I guess no one with allergies flew the first 50 years I've been flying because they always served peanuts.

You probably would have been told to wear a mask, put a bag over your head, take the bus and don't wear tights! LOL!

Same thing happened to me on a Easyjet flight. Bloody cheek really. Allergic? Wear a mask and gloves or just don't fly on a commercial flight.

In the spirit of accuracy and proper identification... It's an Airbus A340 which means it is absolutely not Southwest Airlines. The tail is painted with the A340 designation that suggests this specific aircraft was not part of any airlines fleet and was being displayed/operated by Airbus, itself, as part of the A340's release/introduction. The Airbus motto "Longer - Larger - Farther" doesn't work well with that one door open, though.

Not that it matters, but SW did use the A340.

I don't get the Southwest Airlines reference. The aircraft is an Airbus A340 of which, Southwest does not fly.

notsofast is absolutely correct. SWA has never had an Airbus in it's fleet, much less a four engine airplane of any kind.
