I was just wondering as to where Syrian president Assad obtained all of those chemical weapons he has deployed on so many innocent people in his country. I remember when Colin Powell was telling president Bush that Iraq had WMD according to his intelligence sources. Remember right before the gulf war started there were reports of huge convoys of tractor trailer rigs at night crossing the border from Iraq into Syria. The media and the US speculated that this might have been enormous amount of Chemical, biological or even nuclear weapons material Saddam Hussein was trying to get rid of before the invasion. I'm sure the US knows as to how these weapons were obtain as I am just speculating.

No, not the media, it was bush himself, not the media. Don't put it on the media. It was in fact argued that he had no proof!!

no, not possible

"The shelf life can be shortened by impurities in precursor materials. According to the CIA, some Iraqi sarin had a shelf life of only a few weeks, owing mostly to impure precursors. Along with nerve agents such as tabun and VX, sarin can have a maximum shelf-life of five years."

While nerve agents have a relatively short shelf life, Japan discovered that Sarin (for example) is relatively easy to manufacture. Syria didn't have to "get it" from anywhere, and could have made it itself.

IMO, that's why Google is around.
It's incredibly easy to check on info you see in a site you don't like.
