one of the roads we rode on the bike with our group north Arkansas...
taken while riding the bike up the hill
fall colors and old barn
my view from the bike
You do have some fun subject, not sure about the composition. Also, maybe a little more P/P? But keep going you know what is interesting.
In fall colors and old barn it would have been nice to see more of the barn with a little bit of foreground.
They are good. What date were these taken?

RowdyBlue these were taken last year in October, we haven't had much change yet in the colors. Looking forward to it though.
Do you think there will be color during the week of Oct. 22nd?

I know in North Arkansas there should be color during that time but we had a severe drought this summer so can't promise anything... Will go ride a bit this weekend and let you know..

Ok, :D Thank you! :-D
We rode for just a little while and the colors are just starting should be coming out in the next two weeks...are you planning a trip to North AR? These photo's were taken up by the town of Oark, AR. General store built in 1890, serves great lunch...Try Hwy 123, also do Push Mountain Road Hwy 341 between Mtn Home and Mtn View, Beaver Ar for last wooden suspension bridge still open to traffic, If you want to see elk herd try Ponca Ar, along Buffalo River..
Thanks! gayellen. We are planning on going the week of the 22nd. Really don't know yet where we will end up. Just want to see some color, waterfalls and mountain overlooks and anything in between worth seeing.
Make sure you go to Petit Jean Mountain for a waterfall and great views also go to Mnt Magazine. There is a book ARKANSAS WATERFALLS GUIDEBOOK written by Tim Ernst
Yes, we are going to Petit Jean and Mt. Magazine. I saw that book online. Thanks! gayellen
