The direction of the sunlight falling on the bird and plane doesn't quite match. But this discrepancy isn't too obvious, as the plane is fairly small within the composition.

I am enjoying the view from behind the bird. As if I am part of the flock flying in their customary V pattern. Adding the plane to the shot to me adds to the overall feel of the picture. Furthermore the plane and birds can coexist.
