Very nice. Great to see one of your kids making a goal. I used to shoot my granddaughters' soccer games. Got shots of them and some of their teammates making great shots. Shared the photos with the parents.

Thanks... I had a lot of fun playing around with the camera trying to get the right shutter speed to capture the ball in flight...
Thanks...it was a real grey and drizzling day...I kept on checking to make sure my light was right...

My niece was trying out for her HS Lacrosse team a couple weeks ago...today she is recovering at home from ACL surgery :( She and her twin brother graduate June 3 in PA. As my brother put it, she's not a happy camper!
...ohhhh...that hurts...I hope she has a speedy recovery...

Thanks...If I ever go to NYC from my aunt and uncle's house in Ithaca (never been to NYC except LGA and JFK and the bus in-between) I'd go past your town. Ever been to Old Rhinebeck for the summer weekend WWI plane demos?
...the aerodrome is where I fell in love with old planes...

I've never been there, but I'd love to so someday...long drive from St. Louis, though. My uncle is somehow connected to the 'Tommy' (Thomas-Morse Scout) restoration going on in Ithaca (or suburb). I think he supplied electrical work/equipment as he owned an industrial electrical contractor store in Ithaca (my cousin now runs it). He told me he has a standing invitation to attend the first flight when it happens (hopefully later this year). My grandfather, whom I'd never met worked at the factory as a painter. I saw a pic of the crew in front of a plane at some point a few years ago. EAA posted an article about the project a month or so ago and there is a some web page or You-Tube videos of it on line. T-M was the second largest manufacturer of WWI training aircraft after Curtiss(?).
