Definitely a Dodge Charger. Total disrespect to Pontiac's GTO - The original muscle car 😜😁😇

I think you have GTO mixed up with GTX, definitely a Mopar!

I was driving down alley and saw this classic GTO...had to back and take photo.

It sure doesn't look like "3 deuces and a four speed with a 389" to me but more like a 383 or 440!

There weren't that many tri-power 389's built and 1966 was the last year...I bought a brand new '70 Roadrunner for $4600,traded in my '63 Galaxie 500 with a 390. Now I'm old...

Looks like a Charger, but I think it is the Plymouth Challenger. Look closely at the grill surround and rear quarter window.

Dodge made the Challenger. I do not see the body line on the side that runs the length of the car, that the slightly smaller Challenger has. The rear window grills did not appear on all models. Good thought, but I still vote for the Charger.

I had a 63 Galaxy with a 289 and 3 on the tree. I wanted to trade it in on a 1970 428 Torino 4 speed but the baby carriage wouldn't fit in the trunk. A funny story, a friend of mine bought a new goat and broke his arm, right arm prior to receiving it. We went for the first ride and his wife was driving and she took off in 3rd gear (4 speed) the gate was so close. My friend told her to put the clutch in and he shifted with his left arm and slapped it into 1st gear and said "hit it" and did she ever, I thought we were going to die but after she somehow got it under control again she looked at him and said with the biggest smile on her face "this is fun, can we do it again". Those were the days and yes we are both getting older but oh what a ride it's been!
