Good shots Sarge. May be thinking of moving that way in the next year or so. One hold up is the darn property taxes, in some areas are off the charts, $3,000.00 for a 1,400 - 1,500 sq. ft. home is a little steep.

I don't know. Maybe cuz I'm a vet. My house is on a golf course and about 1600 to 1700 feet and my yearly taxes are $1,600.00
3 bedroom, 2 bath, dining room, living room, family room lanai and pool.
