Welcome to Day 161 :) Today we are going to take a look at Dimly Lit Interiors. This used to be on my *I suck at this list* However when I went out to do these photos I finally figured out a system that works for me. I put the camera on Manual and just adjusted the shutter speed until it gave me the exposure compensation I wanted and took the shot. It didn't turn out half bad :) So here are a few examples to get us started. I look forward to seeing what y'all come up with.
you have some really wonderful shots there.. but some of them don't look like a room ... my rooms don't have sky and exteriors of buildings... of course my favorite one is taken out side... were are those darn Posting Police...

Great examples Sherrie.... the Mission looks fascinating and the casino even better.. I guess now I'll have to shoot some pics inside my fav casino - have to be careful tho not to shoot in the gambling area - they sort of frown on that....
Just after midnight and Ed's gone to bed - he's a soft-ball umpire and starts a five game series at 8:00 am tomorrow, so I will let him fall into "snore" sleep before I go there.
Low light or dim interior are hard for me too. Still working on them, but do have a couple of okay shots.

Yeah here too I asked permission from security.. I didn't want them to think I was casing the joint LOL. Can't shoot employees or the cages etc. but I only wanted the architecture so there was no problem.
