If you post the picture you want to print, suggestions will follow. Post a screen shot.

If the image is in a browser (like in gmail or yahoo) you can click on the image and drag it to your desktop (while holding down the mouse click) and that should create a file that is the image (something.png, something.jpg, etc.). Just double click that image to open it and print it. I would guess most email clients on the Mac would allow the same click and drag method. You can also (usually) get a context menu with some options by clicking on the image while holding down the "control" key (which is the same as right button clicking - if you have enabled it). One of the options is "Save image as..." and this gives you control of the name and location to save the image.

Just don't expect a lot from that print, images send in emails are very low resolution (usually) and are not suited very well for printing!

Command-Shift-4. Then you will see a little circle on your screen and you can use your mouse or trackpad to outline what you want to print. As soon as you lift your finger after you have outlined it will save a screenshot to your desktop which you can double click and it will open in viewer. You can now print.

What leftj said, but pictures on a web page can also be downloaded by right clicking on them, and selecting to Save image as... Note the name of the file and where it will go. It will be saved as a jpeg. In my MBP it goes into the Downloads folder, but I am not sure if this would be what you can do with a picture in the page of an email, though.

Yes, Command-shift-4 on the Mac. Anything you select on your screen is yours to save, print or obliterate as you please.
