Nimbushopper, These are wonderful! It must have been difficult to choose only a dozen shots from all that you took (and posted on Flickr) to share with us. You hit the jackpot, especially the owl. I can't wait to return to Corkscrew. What time in the morning did you arrive there?

Thanks for the comments. I got there when thy open, at 8 am. I took 350 pictures in 1.5 hours! In the computer I narrowed it down to 130 keepers. I'll be posting some more soon.

Thank you! There was a mother and two offspring, who pretty much stay on one branch all day waiting for mom to bring something to eat.
