1st time w/ new 70-200L f4

I finally made the decision to purchase my 1st "L" glass lens, and I opted for the f4 because of the lighter weight than the f2.8. As I get older it is just easier for me to have a lens I can handle easily hand held. I haven't had much time to shoot yet, but did get this one yesterday as we wandered thru an event at the park.

it's all about the hat.

Awesome capture, congratulations on buying your first L lens. The first is always the most exciting one (imho) and you have made a great choice, you are going to love this lens

My first L also....best value for price of any lens sold IMHO !

(Since bought the 4x more expensive 2.8ii for indoor but the F4 outdoor was fantastic! )

Thank you Mark......I am really happy so far, it is really sharp and easy to handle weight wise. I think I made the right choice.
