My beautiful schnauzer Sammy passed away yesterday. He was a rescue dog but all he ever wanted was for someone to love and pet him.
He wasn't a big dog but he thought he was if anyone was threatening his beloved people. He will be missed so much. I am so glad that I take pictures of everything all the time because I have so many photos of him to remember him by. Rest in peace sweet Sammy.

So sorry to hear of your loss, but bless you for giving a rescue a good home. Unfortunately, that doesn't ease the pain of losing a piece of your heart.

Jean, my heart breaks for you, losing a beloved pet is so hard, but the wonderful memories will remain with you always...
I lost my cat Leo, March 1st and tomorrow my Sammy (cat) will be crossing the rainbow bridge just like your handsome Sammy....

Just remember all that love he gave you over the years. Something I never forget with my dogs that have gone. All dogs go to heaven in my opinion.
