Sat out in the garage having a coffee and decided I was wasting time so got the D7200 and the 18-105 and the 55-300 lenses.

I had fun.

Thinking of getting Reidan Focal software program for nailing focus. Do I need it ?

What do you folks think ?

The flags in both are sharp as is the roof and house part in the first picture. I think focus is good. more bokeh in second picture

Sarge, if you use a PC windows has a sharpening tool in photo gallery. I find it useful to tweak the sharpness on an occasional photo, and it's free!

Right. What I was talking about was a software program from Reikan called Focal which hooks up a Canon or Nikon to your computer and tests your lens and camera for precise focus.

Thanks
