Very Good light from the sun backlighting the blossoms on a milkweed plant coupled with fill light reflected from a clear blue sky. Gave the flowers and leaves an airy glow with the wall behind it going totally out of focus.

The glow is wonderful but its the composition of the repeating diagonals
that caught my attention.

Thanks, it was only about 1" long and I was less than 4' from the Yellow Jacket. It was interested in flowers and ignored me.

I have noticed that since the numbers of bees are down I see more and more wasps etc on the flowers.

Sun almost at exactly high noon position so everything slightly backlit and lots of fill reflected from a clear blue sky and the house, deck and pool behind me. This left the plant and insect sort of hanging in a pastel world with the old swing set/play fort in the background totally out of focus.
