And are they ever beautiful, Sundar!!! Just read the NYT article. Very interesting that they're early this year. Our azaleas are usually just getting started, but this year they have already bloomed and faded.

Bluebonnets also do not last very long. Once the temperature rises it is gone ! Also it always looks good during the morning hours when they are fresh.
By the noon they look faded. I got try and find a wider area where these are blooming. The one that I posted is only a small patch.

Well they are certainly beautiful, Sundar. One doesn't see that shade of blue often.
