A random image shot around sunset while walking the rim at the Grand Canyon a few years ago. And that's where the credit ends for me. Other than finding the perspective I wanted, I may have gotten a bit lazy since I never grasped anything more than the shot. As we continued walking, my wife gave me credit for seeing it so quickly...admitting. she didn't see it at first. The blank stare gave it away, and she knew immediately - I didn't have a clue what she meant. So the caption and story of the image belongs to her. But we share the memory and the laughs (at my expense).
Print it (may I suggest Ilfochrome metal?) and hang it. It's beautiful.
It is really kind of cool when super sizing it in download.

I do not either. I find this way too busy and I do not see any point of interest.
Good eye and God shot Charmdragon.
Impressive in the download.

The shadow knows....I didn't see it either at first. Rongnongno, I appreciate you taking the time to look in and comment. I have no problem with an honest criticism when someone can suggest a better way.

Thanks, Jim, for looking in and enjoying it. This one took two pair of eyes...one pair to shoot it and another to see it. Always glad to have your input.

Thank you, Leicaflex. Good of you to visit and extend a positive opinion. Appreciate the encouraging emojis.
Chuckled on the title after reading your commentary....
Wonderful shot and love the detail of the old wood and wall.... and the bonus shadow!!
Reminds me of my days exploring some of the old abandoned towns in New Mexico. So simple yet speaks of years gone by. Great capture!

Good to know the laughs are not lost in translation, Angela. My wife and I share a lot of those...mostly when she tells me I must be still 12 years old. Glad you enjoyed it so much. Always appreciate you looking in.

Greenbean, certain elements make you wonder; e.g., if you knew all the stories that could be told caught up in all the miles on that wheel... Always good to hear how others look at the same thing, but see it differently. Thanks for your visit, and glad you liked it.
