According to Wikipedia, "Spring green is a color included on the color wheel that is precisely half way between cyan and green". I am not sure if the color of the tree in #1 exactly fits this definition, but it certainly made me think of "spring green" when looking at it. I had posted a photo of this same tree about this time last year, and thought it was worthy of an encore. BTW, these were taken on 3/14/17. This brilliant shade of green only lasts a short time after the leaves come out, then it gradually turns to a darker shade of green. Fortunately, we had a perfectly cloudless blue sky yesterday. All these were taken using a polarizer. Comments welcome and I hope you enjoy.

It's certainly a beautiful shade of green Tom,excellent shots.
Beautiful color! Any other time of year one might thing the color was overdone but in spring it is nature that get carried away with saturation!
I never knew there was a special term for the color! Gorgeous shots, Tom, and I can't wait for my area to look the same. I try to photograph against brilliant blue skies, as you have done, and it's easy to understand why some might think "unreal" if they haven't witnessed
