For those who are effected by the daylight savings time, make sure you set the clock in your camera(s) if it doesn't do it automatically. If you have more than one camera it would be a great time to synchronize them also.

Good suggestion, our cameras are easily forgotten.

Since Daylight Savings Time is 8 months of the year. Best to keep it on DST and let it stay there. Permanently.

Why? I've never bothered and I see no reason to do so. This would also mean a time change any time you change time zones. Really, how many do that?

I've found it handy when going through trip photos to be able to sort by time regardless of camera used - phone or any other body.

Read your (fine) manuals. Many modern digital cameras have an option to set a "home" time and a second "travel/out of town" time. If anyone took the time (so to speak) one of those options could be used for standard time and the other could be used for daylight savings time. One click to change. /Ralph

"Saving" time!

All time-keeping devices should change themselves. I've done three this morning, but it will be days before I get all my clocks synched.

Better yet, write you representatives and demand this ridiculous, archaic practice be ended. Studies now show messing with the clocks can be detrimental to your health, and, actually causes an increase in energy usage, not a decrease. Looks like Arizona is the only State now that uses it's collective head and ignores this silly time change.

Would a letter from me count more than the millions paid by lobbyists?
