Yes it is a cool picture but you have to attempt to stop feeding them and other type invasive species of birds, especially those expensive mealworms. (Those are like candy to many birds.)

I buy dry mealworms in bulk, and only feed bluebirds when I am watching, shoo starlings away. They come to my suet feeder, but it's harder to access. I agree, they are terrible.

Yep, the starling,s red wing blackbirds, and grackles will hardly let the bluebirds feed at the mealworms basket!
