Portrait of Dennis, a fellow student on a Coventry Adult Education photography course. Last evening I entered it in the annual Digital Projected Images competition of the Jaguar Photographic Society. Won the portraits section and was also judged overall winner in all sections against 120+ other entries, all of very high quality. No cigar (or Jaguar car), just the kudos! Dennis was quite pleased as well!

I can see why it was a winner. I'm not usually a fan of B&W, but this is an instance where it really paid off.
