I am jumping in on this band wagon... I think the young lady is attractive and if she loves being photographed, then her poses will only be better, the more she models. She is a beautiful model and I think the lighting is good here too.

Good basic photo, but I agree that it needs some tweaking. (I would point the left foot.)
Since you have a willing model, do you take multiple shots of the same pose with minor changes? (Turn of the head, reposition the leg, change the lighting, etc.) most of us are limited by the model's interest. After an hour, they're ready to quit! 😳😉 If your young lady likes to be in front of the camera, be glad & go with it!
Examine the photos together, see what you each think needs changing, then do it!!!
