I appreciate your critique
First Picture: Don't know if you had more room on right. If you did I would have cropped so that the full wing+ of the bee is shown.
Third Picture: I understand your desire to get the bee; but IMO the bee is a distraction in this picture. It takes away from the beautiful flower.
Good sharp images. Keep at it.
Thanks for the pointers, I can recrop the bee to include the wing. I have other photos of the same flower
I think a slightly different crop of one and two could be an improvement. The bees wings in one and balancing the flowers in the frame in two. As for three, for me it is fun just as it is. The flower could be a stand alone but that is another photo. As it is, there is a story line and it is my favorite shot of this set.
Carol, thanks for the input. Number three is my favorite and the bee was the focus for me. The flower would make another shot
The yellow flower and be I cropped too close and cut off the edge of his wing and has since been corrected. I think you are right, the one flower needs to be centered
Thanks again

Welcome to the forum Rick...and what a nice set...I really enjoyed it!
I like flower pics too and always have problems with the glare as you did on a bright sunny day. I always tell myself to use a polarizer but hardly ever do. I think one would have helped a lot here.

I will filter next time. Thanks
I like your shots, Rick! Keep 'em coming!
