You can send it to the Canon factory service center at 15955 Alton Parkway, Irvine, CA 92618. You can call Canon tech support at 1-800-828-4040 to get details and costs before you send it. Good luck.

It will probably be cheaper to replace the camera than repair it. Camera goes for 100-150 now. I know you can find one that will replace yours for less than repairing yours, or you may want to get a good used upgrade.
