Soft Texture file found on line
Applied soft texture - Multiple at 75%
Applied layer mask to texture layer to brush over flower removing texture from rose
Applied Gaussian blur at 5% to texture layer
Applied layer mask to texture layer to brush over flower removing blur from rose
Applied sharpening tool to rose
Applied dodge tool to rose to lighten up a bit.
I believe I covered all of the steps.
