Some vacation pictures from my trip to beautiful RMNP last September. We were there when the elk were rutting and the aspen turned golden, great time to be at the park.

All photos taken with Nikon D750. Lenses used Nikkor 24-70 f/2.8 G, Tamron 15-30mm f/2.8 and Sigma 70-200mm. Haida ND six stop and ten stop filters.

A very beautiful set, thively with great downloads! Thanks!

Beautiful series, I was there some years back and saw nothing but smoke from forest fires.

Thanks! Some beautiful places in that area!

Thanks to all. Much appreciated. This was the first trip I had and used square ND filters. What a difference they made! My family has visited Estes and RMNP many times, and last fall's trip was the best as far as the way the park looked. We were amazed at the many elk and the beauty of the Aspens. September is a good time to visit.

Beautiful set. We here in Florida could loan them some of our golf course alligators - that would keep the elk off their golf course!

Thanks very much, it was a beautiful little lake. Not actually in RMNP, we drove the "peak to peak" highway south from Estes Park, and found this little Mud Lake. It is a state park, and really nice. Wish we had been there around sunset!!!

Nice pictures! We saw some on the way out in 2014, about the same spot! Didn't get good pics like these!
