A little house in a very small town in the mountains, found this by the front door. I decided to try Texture Effects and played with this a bit. My first venture into that part of Topaz.

The architecture of the door, the curtains in the door, the lantern, and the statue all work great with this fun effect!

You could experiment a little with localized edits by removing some of the effect from the white door frame A different edit to consider: darken the bright area of the building at right edge of frame.

Lots of possibilities with this charming shot!

Thanks, Linda. There is a chain link fence on that right side and I tried to get rid of it. Not totally successful. I'll play with it some more and darken that part of the building. I'm going back in the archives to pull out some images to work on, since I can't get out because of health issues.

This is a neat shot for experimentation. I like what you have done so far. The monotone and texture work well with this scene.

Rowedean, you've done a great job on this interesting image! I wouldn't have know this was your first try, had you not mentioned it! Well Done!

Hey, thanks, Bill. Linda made some suggestions and I hope to feel good today and work on the image.
