Beautiful shot, I just love lighthouses and have traveled a lot of the coast of Australia taking their photos... Only a small complain with your photo, you have over sharpened it a fraction too much, notice the halo effect along the roof lines. If you sharpen with PS, you will see the halo appear so back off a little and it will disappear and enhance you photo even more... Well done sir... regards JC

Thank you very much, vooda; I had my picture control clarity setting on automatic which is what gave it that look. I could have adjusted that in camera raw, but that slight effect was OK with me. I hear you though.

Rob, this is a wonderful image of the lighthouse, but I wouldn't print and hang anywhere before cloning out all of the sensor dust spots ... You have quite a number of spots in the image at the center top margin and even worse along the water horizon on the left.

You are 100% correct, CHG_CANON; I thought I had gotten them all. I need to seriously clean my camera, and I cleaned this photo up as best I could without too much intrusion on the photograph. http://static.uglyhedgehog.com/upload/2017/3/3/677169-nsc_7172.jpg

Which tool are you using for cloning? I particularly like LR's "heal" for these types of problems. It takes some skill to match the clouds where a spot overlaps the cloud and sky when making a spot by spot corrections, but it can be done to accomplish undetectable corrections. For a wonderful image such as this example, the effort is worth it.

But overall, yes, cleaning the sensor is needed rather than complex digital corrections afterward.

The cloning method I used is hopefully explained by the attachment. I also used some cloud brushes as well.Thank you for your comments.
