My Prom pics after listening to everyone on the Board
After reading numerous posting, I went off to Prom send offs and took the following pics. Thanks for your help!

I like # 2. I have no idea what the deal is with the black thing (surely that was not her dress) in 1 & 3 but it's sort of weird to me. Sorry but I can't get past that thing....
the temp went down to 55 degrees and she covered herself with her shawl. It wasn't that cold but she was freezing! here are more pictures of her. the last is how we normally see her, as a ball player!

He looks kind of scared. Exactly how I wanted my daughter's dates to look! HA!
Nice work on the photos, she's a lovely girl. (my daughter was also a softball (and baseball) player.
This isn't my daughter, I wish she was, she has a brain and basketball scholarship to college. She is one of what i call, "My Girls". i'm her team photographer and friend! As for her date, i gave him the Dad talk and I also told him if he put his hands in is pockets while I'm taking pictures he would get a 9.5 EEEE in his butt! He truly believed me because either way, I would have gave him the butt!
wow I REALLY like this 2nd set! She is beautiful and you did very well! I think the difference between the two sets is tremendous. Can't say in words how much better I like the 2nd set over the first.
BTW that last shot on 2nd group, for me anyway, shows her intensity, even while watching. That is a GREAT shot!
The last picture was her watching the other team getting the regional championship medal and it was her last game as a senior. It should be noted that the first picture of the first set, was very popular with her family and friends and I sold more copies of that picture then any other!
I really like the first picture. I would cut her out and paste on a new background. The second photo is very nice as well. Her hair in both is spectacular. The second needs the lights on either side of the door removed so that one is not sticking out of her head. I would consider cutting her out of that photo too and opting for a different background.
If she is like my daughter, you will never see her in a dress again and so you will want to make the most of the few photos you have of her out of basketball shorts.
well some day I hope to learn how to do all that fancy stuff with photoshop and such but the learning curve for it and my frustration level are not high!
All of your photos of this beautiful young lady and young Gentleman are very nice.
Congrats to her on the hard study, discipline and skill to move on toward a higher Education...that is the American Dream for all of us, I am cheering for her success in life.
Post some photos in the future to let us know of her continued beauty and success.

I know the feeling. Photo editing can be very trying. The photos you took are awesome and if you do learn a little about editing, you can always play with them later.
I tagged my daughters prom pictures on facebook and she is still upset with me, LOL. Many people still do not believe it is her. I hope you get to have a little fun with your photos too.
