Me thinks Heart misses the entire point. As a far-righter his opinion does not matter. What matters is what was not said during the DBC Chair campaign. Why did so many Obama State swing right? Why did so many 'stay home' and not v**e? Why did so many States swing their legislatures and governorships swing Republican? Why did the Trump buzz words carry such weight? None of the DNC candidates uttered anything that would suggest they had the faintest idea they comprehend. At the same time we see Nancy Pelosi pictures as being at fault, others too. Now those are not at fault but they are icons of what is wrong. The Dems have less than two years to fix anything, but my confidence is low so expect both the House and Senate will stay Red. What was the Clinton loss all about. Well, all during the Obama years the party did nothing to g***m any sort of alternative to Clinton. To too many she came off as crabby Mom or Grandmother. I v**ed for her because I thought her heart and head were in the right place, but her image did not appeal to get enough v**ers out of their living rooms. Who are the Dems g***ming for 2020? That person(s) need to be out there talking about what they see as the nations problems and what they think might fix them. Just slinging blob bombs at Trump for 6 - 10 months will not win anything. Why should I give a s**t - at 88 I'll probably be standing on the wrong side of the grass.

I have to agree with most of what you said. At soon to be 87 I too don't give a rats butt either way. But the last time I v**ed for a dem was for J.F.K. He was a good leader. The only thing he was worse than Bill the pervert for his quest for woman. Not a very good example for the young people of the country.
