I love it! A bit of fog for mood and those massive, beautiful trees perfectly framing friends out for a walk with their dog - can't improve on that Great foreground details to contrast with the softer distance also.

I like it!

Lots of good things going on in that image. Well composed, and moody. Thats the hard part. Excellent work.

The trees have lots of detail in them. Especially the bark on the tree to the right. They also form a grand archway that leads us into what is the focal point of this composition I think. Without the two figures and the dog, we would not have anything to focus on and the composition would be vague. By having those figures at the edge of the fog, the composition becomes unified. Well done.

Thanks JD750. Getting rid of the halos was kind of hard too.

Beautiful shot! The colors, composition etc... I wouldn't touch it. I love it. So "ordinary" yet so great. Love the clarity of it as well.

The fog makes this shot. The tree framing the people would be lost against a forest background, but you've spotted an opportunity and done it proud.
