Trouble with UHH downloads

I have a problem with UHH downloads lately. When I click on the download button the image opens up in a new window but it is only about a quarter of the size of the image on the main page. When I click on the new image it only increase by a small percentage. Downloads used to work fine for me. What am I doing wrong?

Try adjusting the zoom feature of your browser while you are on the download page. I have occasionally had an issue similar to what you mention, but worked it out that way. Eventually, you might see a massive pic, but then re-adjust the other way 'til you reach middle ground.

Loc: very eastern pa.
i have same problem with some.... some are large some are small, and won't go bigger. most work fine. i wrote in yesterday with essentially the same problem.. was told it all depends how it was put on from original poster..... i think that is what was meant.... thanks

I wrote that reply, but you bring up a good point to distinguish. I don't believe downloads should ever look smaller than the thumbnails. And when the "system" or browser is culprit, the result looks quite different from everyday experience.
Alby, were you talking about a single day's problem, such as repleo here, or were you referring to the overall, daily look?
