My wife and I went to the Metropolitan Museum in NYC on Sunday. She tolerates my photography compulsion, so I brought the Yashica.

This guy was in very deep shadow. I decided to make him and his immediate group mostly silhouette. A bit of detail in the instrument still visible.

The silhouette is highly engaging for me, Erich! It's obvious he's playing an instrument, the most important thing - and the rest is left to our imagination

That is pretty much what I had in mind. This is definitely a "rescued image from an imperfect negative"; but I think the result is pretty good. Thanks.
