Things are suppose to be classified according to how its release would effect national security not how it would embarrass an individual or a party. This appears to be a classidied briefing about an individual but then again I heard recently on PBS that a North Korean defector provided some information that the situation with North Korea is worse than we thought........wh**ever that means.
