Using a HP TouchSmart computer w/ Win. 7 and printing to an Epson Artisan 50 the finished product is too dark and green. HP says it's the printer, Epson says to contact Adobe, who said to try another printer -- printing from a HP PhotoSmart the color is very good, but they do not have the paper size I need (8-1/2"x5-1/2"). Adobe's online support is a real maze. But I do prefer Epson because of 6 ink cartridges. A salesman told me it was because of "firmware" so I bought an Epson Artisan 730 -- prints are still too dark and too green. I use to get beautiful prints from a 6-yr-old Compaq w/ XP and PS7. Thanks for any ideas!!!

You might have to calibrate the monitor. It helped me - I bought the Spyder calibrator.
I have calibrated the monitor w/ an iOne Display 2 and photos on the monitor look wonderful!
