The circle series. This set is car lights on a snowplow- the yellow and bright lights both high and low. I was a passeger and put my camera on manual focus purposely shooting out of focus Turned focus ring until I got the effect. Made really interesting shapes. When I processed afterward, more circles appeared from lights further down the road. Just had a little fun.

What a lovely group! Clearly, you are in the same mould as my Jeannie. For when we met, back in 2007, she was living in San Carlos, Mx., rescuing homeless dogs off the Mexican streets and finding homes for them in the USA. Indeed, when Jean and I came to live in this fine country we crossed the border into Arizona with 14 dogs! Much to the amusement of the border officers! That was then 12 when we came to Merlin in October, 2012.

I take some car pics (many of hubcaps in motion), but I've never been to a race. We have a raceway right near town, so I asked them what photo equipment spectators were permitted to bring in. Their answer was to skip the admission fee, come directly to the pit, bring whatever you want, and take pics all day if you like!
So, I'm jazzed about that!
I should add that I told them in the original message that I am an amateur who would give them the photos if they like them. But, it'll still be cool!
