Having posted a few photos with UHH in the past I have tried recently to add a photo and the site or computer will not search for the photo selected. Has never happened before, any ideas?
If it were me, I would click on "My Topics" or "My Posts" to find the original post. From that point, you can add to it. If you posted initially in UHH's "Main Photography Discussion", chances are Admin moved the post to "Photo Gallery" or some other appropriate section. They are technically within their rights to do so -- read the rules for posting in each section. Honestly, I don't agree there is a need to move images posted in the Main section, but rules ARE rules and you could not pay me enough to do Admin's job, esp. given that the forum now has nearly 71,300 members. With respect to you from a former Illinoisan.
Are you saying when you click "browse" (or "choose file" in some cases, like Google Chrome which I use), no window opens to allow you to select the file from your computer?
If this is what you meant, please say what does happen, if anything? Perhaps you have UHH uploading blocked inadvertently in your settings? Can you use another browser or other device?
Can use browse on other sites. Here in UHH after selecting browse I select a photo and click "open" but it will not open the photo to attach it. It did it when I first joined though.
rjaywallace, I never posted in the gallery because the browser would not open the photo.

You created a topic and posted photos on February 5 to Photo Gallery. After you do the browse/choose file, you must click "add attachment" which is to the right side of the first button. Then you wait for the image to upload and be viewable able your text box, then you click send.
Sorry what I meant was I never got to post the latest photos but have since found out I was missing one step. Thanks to all that responded I now am back in the know and appreciate the input all of you gave me. You really are a great group to work with.
