Nice capture Karenn. The reason you have never seen this species of cockatoo is their range is restricted to the Far North. Thanks for sharing this with us. Did you drive to Wepia? it is one area I have not viited in you beautiful country.

Yes we drove from Sydney to Weipa for a 5 week round trip on our way to the tip of Australia.. We stayed there for two days enjoying the sights.. Have put a few more posts on from our travels of this trip, if you care to look.
