Snow Day

I took a break from shoveling snow on Saturday and took my camera for a walk in the park. Subject matter is not particularly exciting, but I was attracted to the Church like atmosphere of the picnic shelter. I would appreciate any comments or suggestions on the B&W rendering.

Very nice. I grew up downwind from the Great Lakes and (as a result), ordinarily, detest the sight of snow. Even in pictures. Yours are the first photos of snow I've enjoyed in about 40 years. So I really mean it. Very nice. Regards from the Sonoran Desert, where cold is anything below 60 degrees F.

You're correct. That has a very churchlike atmosphere to it.

Kinda a cool way to connect with God ..., I believe the 11th commandment is "THOU SHALT ALWAYS BRING DA CAMERA" ... so you done good ...

Thanks for looking Jackh. Another couple of inches of snow this morning. AAAAARGH!!!! Still, there is a sene of Spring in the air.
