When we had to put down our rescued Greyhound Grace, Linda decided that her Dog Lili needed another playmate.

Meet Lola.

how absolutely stunning. those eyes just draw you in. If i ever met her in person she would have me wrapped around her paws in 10 seconds. looks like a fun cat. sorry about the loss of your greyhound. It is amazing how closely entwined our pets become to us. I had not seen my cat for a Day and a half and was frantic. Even had my church pray that God would lead him home. got home from night service and he was there by my door with that smug smirk all cats get when they outsmart humans. Now thanks to your cat's name i can't get Barry manilow's copacabana out of my head. " Her name was Lola, she was a showgirl..." FYI, manilow was recording an album when his producer said he needed one more song. Barry did not have anything so in literally 15 minutes he wrote what became his greatest selling hit of all time copacabana. not a big manilow fan but love his commercial jingles.

The question is, how does Lili feel about this? :)

She loves it. Although Lili is a couple months past the age of 2, they chase and play until both end up on their backs, both with four paws sky-high, and passed out.

Sorry to hear that Grace passed away, I know how attached we all get to our pets... I'm happy to hear that both Lili and Lola has become friends and play so well togeather. Lola is a real cutie. We had two kittens that we raised that looked just like her, they were wonderful pets......

Beautiful kitten! She ought to have some size on her by now--how about an updated photo?

What an appealing furball Lola is,my aunt and mother both had siamese cats that also had those beautiful eyes and fur coloring. Good personalities, too.

She is definitely a cutie. Lola is a Manx/Siamese mix. A great combination.

I'll try to post an updated photo later tonight. She has put on some height. And since she is half Manx she has the rear legs of a rabbit! It's hard to believe how high she can jump - straight up.
