Setting guide lines in LR Print Module Custom Package layout

I've pondered this for quite a while and have always eyeballed the prints for spacing with good results but....
When creating a custom package layout style on any page size how does one set a guideline at the 1" mark? and the 43" mark? or can you? The snap to grid is on but no where can I find a setting to adjust the settings of the grid snap or change it to snap to ruler. Being able to set the snap at ¼", ½", 1" would be a great boon especially when printing a16x20 vertical and a 24x16 horizontal on a page that is 44" wide by 22' long because at that size those grid lines and ruler inches are mighty small. It would be nice to have a consistent 1" border around 7 of the sides with a 5" border at one long edge of the 24x16.
Unfortunately there is no way that I know of to zoom in on a single page print module for a better visual of the rulers.
