Road Runner

A permanent resident at our local Arboretum, this Road Runner decided to come out and play. It was after several days of rain, and the sun finally appeared. He was walking down the gravel driveway, stopping and looking at me , then walking on. Like he had not a care in the world. Most of the time, you don't get lucky enough to see him like this. So I felt pretty special that day.

They like hamburger, a ball about the size of a nickel is good. I live in Lake Havasu CIty, AZ, he make a stop at my door around 11 am.

This is my guy, he will wait for me to get the treat, loves those burgers. They occasionally bring a friend.
