Playing with my Macro and Australian Wildflowers.
Trying to get interesting shots today with the unique foliage of some of the Australian Native wildflowers.

Karen, Outstanding sequence of images you created in Macro. Great job.
Very engaging series. Great eye for detail, textures and patterns.

I love this series....such great detail.
I guess there are lots of beautiful macro subjects available where you are. I look forward to seeing more.
A most enjoyable set of macro photos. The banskia shot is super.
I believe the last one is a King Protea.
I thought they only grew in South Africa,
Very nice shots.

Excellent set, Karenn. Are you aware that there are two sections especially for these sort of photos? There is the 'Close up' section & the 'True macro' section.
Yes it is, I have one growing at our farm property and they do come from South Africa I believe. They use them a lot in with our own native flower arrangements. Wonderful flowers and look great with the banksia flowers.

OK thanks have not been on for a while, with weddings, babies being born, month long holidays and now renovations going on with my family and our home. Will check them out.

Nice set. I like the more abstract of the pics.
