Initially I rejected this image but I was looking back and thought maybe it could be salvaged. What do you think? Would you show this to the mom?

The bubble is distracting but cute!
Personally, I LOVE bubbles, so I really love this photo! And YES!!!! I would show it to the Mom! She's adorable!!!! LOVE the hair! LOL! Nice photo!!!! :O) It captures that innocent "awe" in a child's eyes!!!!
The bubble is what MAKES the picture.... Goood shot.

I love the bubble also just wish it was more to the right side of the pic or just above the hands because it cuts right through the nose and mouth ,but we can't always get it perfect. Mom will definately like it!
1 I know squat about portraits, ther only people I can find to do portraits are blurry.
2. I wouls crop out hands and make the eyes and bubble the main focus,
I like this shot

I like it waaay better without the hands. Thanks!
I would like to see the photo cropped in just a bit, to me the hands are ditracting.
If bubble was lower (off face) and hands were as trying to catch the bubble. I like the hands in the photo if the bubble was in the correct place. Nice idea!
everyone has their own style-- And "yes" I do like it
When doing protrait work for money, you are always torn between your skills as a photographer and your skills as a salesperson. I did protraiture for a while and found that the average client would overlook serious photographic and compositional mistakes if there is something in the picture that catches their eye.
As an example, you know how Walmart has all those cute backgrounds for taking kid pics? Now, wouldn't you like to spend a wallet full of money on your kid's picture and everyone who sees it says, "What a beautiful background" and they never even seem to notice the subject of the photo...YOUR CHILD.
There are dozens of comments that could be made about ways to improve this pic, but I could almost guaranty that mom will love it the way it is and the wallet will spring open and the money will flow out like water.
Yes!!!
It is grreat shot.
Dont change anything.
The hands are what tell the story.
This is a think and ponder picture.
