Amazing that you were able to so those stunts at your age and that you wife wasn't too nervous to get such great shots.

You can do it as long as your bones can handle a fall and if not your in for a lot of pain....Rich

No way Hose. I don't care what kind of shape your in, your still 60 and your reaction time is a lot slower than it used to be. I'd hate to see you find out the hard way...do things that are suitable to 60 year olds.

Good reactions are a benefit but they are not the key.
The key, is the ability to hold your concentration on the job/s.

Anyway, I know we tend to age differently, but this 61 year olds reactions are slower
than when he was at his peak... by about 1%.

It's my visions ability to render what needs to be seen
whilst undergoing vibration and sudden scene change, is the biggest.
handicap that age has perpetrated on this soul.... and injury hurts
much more and takes much longer to heal at our age.

Anyway Eemsreno, you're looking great on your Kato, the best
person to ask "can I still do it?" though, is yourself mate.

I suggest you do aerobics and weight training as well. Eat plenty of
fresh non processed food. This will mitigate possible injury and aid recovery...

And I should take my own advice... it's easier saying it than doing it. LOL

Do what you want to do and can. Just remember, you heal slower at 60 than at 20. IF you are good, it does not matter much depending on how far you are willing to push the envelope.
I am 77 and have a lot of people telling me not to do this or that. I do what I want within my range, still scuba dive, have given up paragliding due to a bad knee and not being able to run fast enough to take off where I used to fly. If your range includes the bikes, go for it and then send some photos so those who say no can eat their words.

Based on the trails you guys rode on your Super 10's on your Alaska adventure, I don't think you'll have any problems with a MX track on a nice light bike.
Have as much fun as you can while you can!

I turn 75 this year. I know I couldn't do it but good luck to you. Just
remember that everything aches and hurts a lot more at our age.

That is great that you can still do this. I am sure you will know when it is not fun any more and getting hard on the old body!:)
